What could I try to get him to eat? He is very active in the tank, but no interest in food. Thanks for your help. |

I have also been allowing the glass side of my tank with the vortech to grow a film of algae for a couple days because he does eat that and thats the only place it grows. I just read that lawnmower blennys rarely eat prepared foods? I have owned one very successfully years ago, never knew that about them. Any tips/tricks/experiences with these fish are welcomed!

yeah once my big tank is going strong he will be moved to the refugium where I hope he can live a good life! I guess this thread can represent a warning to future buyers about lawnmower blennys. 6 years of this hobby and I can't believe I never knew they were so tough to get to accept food.
