I wasn't too sure why, but i had issues with my Elkhorn
went from this

to this

all the edges where whitening. i think it was because i had it too close to the light and in too much flown. apparently it's a low flow and light coral

I got scared though and fragged it

but it's looking much better

Here's kinda what the tank looks like now, but i've mounted the cap

i think some of the corals are in a different place too. oh well i guess i need to update them?

I've measured the stand and it looks like i can easily fit a sump/refuge under there of 32or36x11x13. after going to home depo (which was a mistake) i saw the acrylic and glass they had for sell. my head just went spinning with the possibilties.

I've never done acrylic work so it'll be a little rough, but i'll have a custom sump for not too bad of a price.

The Xenia are coming back nicely. I hope you liked the Frags. Just keep the power heads out of the sand lol

Very nice setup you have there. I can see another upgrade on this tank pretty soon.

I never heard of these mag. What store did you get them at? Do you know of anyone using them in a reef setup?

My LFS was using them in their store. I got them from Harbor Freight Tools.
