After you use it in the tank you could make some sushi. It would already be salty so you would not need soy sauce.

I am trying to think of the last time I saw biopellets or rice floating in the ocean. LOL.
I do like the concept and it is always exciting to see/read subject matter experts trade challenges or banter and mix that in with a manufacturer and it makes for some good reality TV. Like the others, I will tag along and see where it goes. We need more natural additives. At the end of the day, will just doing proper water changes on a regular schedule keep your values equivalent to sea water or are we striving for better than sea water parameters?

Very interesting.. I am will follow this cthread... I have been doing the NP biopellets for about 4 weeks now. I started mine during the recovery portion of my partial tank collapse so I am not sure of the benefits of the biopellets. My macro algae is growing just as fast as it was before though and I have a diatom bloom in the display tank, so I am not to satisfied so far.
