ro/di unit you can hook up anywhere theres a faucet or drain... most either hook up to a kitchen sink or their laundry room or fishroom ( if your that well off to do) the bulkreefsupply unit comes with all the attachments you need to hook one up anywhere compared to other units..

Usually an Ro/DI unit is temporarily connected to a faucet and allowed to run, filling up a holding tank of some kind (55gal +). You then fill up your top off tank or salt water mixer from there.
